Mrs. J.Hunter’s 6th Grade Science

Science current events will be presented once or twice a 9 weeks. The students will each be assigned a date to present their article.1. The current event must be a science article. 2.The current event summary is to be no less than 3/4 of a page. You must use your own words. Do not copy the article,because that is called plagiarism. 3.The current event summary is to be written in pen (cursive) or typed. 4. The article must be glued, taped,stapled, or attached somehow to a piece of construction paper and turned in with the summary. Your summary will not be accepted without the article attached. Articles:1. The article may come from various sources.  You may use a science article from the newspaper,magazine, or the internet.2.The article must be four paragraphs in length.
