Mrs. J.Hunter’s 6th Grade Science

This will be an exciting year for you as you enter middle school.  We will be learning a lot of new things  in science.  Some of the concepts you will be introduced to this year  are symbiotic relationships, energy, waves, heat, light,sound, fossils, the solar system,  and the electomagnetic spectum. You will need a green three section spiral with pockets and a green folder with brads and pockets.  It will be easier for you to find your science work in your locker if it is color coded. You might want to go ahead and purchase a lock and practice the combination.  This will make it less stressful for you the first couple of weeks of school. Enjoy your summer and I will see you in August.
